Investment Analyst, Investment Planning Team

職責


  • Analyze and research on mutual funds, portfolios, markets and other alternative investment products
  • Construct different portfolios and models to meet clients need
  • Write original or summarize articles on equity markets, mutual funds and investment products
  • Conduct product due diligence and work with product support and services team closely
  • Present to clients and financial advisors and assist in company events

入職條件


  • A good degree in Business / Finance / Accountancy, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Assistant, Research Admin

職責


  • Support the database, statistical compilation requirements of the regional research team
  • To be responsible for number crunching, simple data collection, generating charts and data for analysis
  • Assist research team in uploading research articles, maintaining the accuracy of website content
  • Provide support to the Product Support and Services team

入職條件


  • Diploma holder or above, preferably Computer Studies related
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in computer applications including MS Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge in HTML, Dreamweaver is preferred
  • Meticulous, precise and sensitive to numbers
  • Sense of urgency

Customer Service and Receptionist (1 year contract)

職責


  • Handle telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mails, and to proactively follow up with related parties
  • Correspondence with walk-in customers at Reception area
  • To be responsible for the overall receptionist duties
  • Provide marketing support, e.g. involving in ad-hoc project like events & functions, corporate service activities
  • Assist to prepare reports/minutes to management when necessary

入職條件


  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills e.g. MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Windows
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and able to adopt into a ‘can-do’ culture

Account Management Executive

職責


  • Handle transactional and operational related enquiries and issues from financial advisory firms and financial institutions.
  • Scrutinize daily trades submitted by financial advisory firms and financial institutions.
  • Provide assistance to the Account Managers.
  • Provide general administration and operational support.
  • Undertake any adhoc projects as assigned by the Account Management Team.

Product Development Executive

Responsibilities


  • Understand the business drivers and ensure projects deliver real business value
  • Actively manage stakeholder relationships
  • Actively take ownership and is accountable for the full project lifecycle
  • Define and manage project scope
  • Identify and resolve project issues and manages risks
  • Control project costs, timescales and resources
  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports as appropriate
  • Manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the project
  • Manage the delivery from third party suppliers
  • Escalate project issues as appropriate
  • Ensure adherence to Project Management processes
  • Understand the impact on process, people and technology

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities


  • Come up with marketing initiatives and explore various channels to further expand the company’s brand name and business
  • Assist GM in planning and executing online/offline advertising campaigns, organizing seminars/roadshows/workshops, develop marketing related materials and closely monitor the effectiveness of the expenses
  • Liaise with business partners/vendors/agencies, make and allocate the marketing budget, and drive the marketing calendar
  • Initiate and execute website changes to improve usability; support ongoing processes to ensure smooth operations will also be expected.
  • Prepare monthly marketing report

Requirements


  • Degree holder in Marketing/Communications or related discipline
  • 1-3 years solid experience in e-commerce or internet marketing is a must
  • Creative in generating practical marketing ideas is a pre-requisite.
  • Multi-tasked with thorough thinking and able to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and oral English is essential
  • Proficient in HTML is a plus
